We are reaching out to you in hopes that you could help our upcoming school fundraiser on April 20, 2023 with a donation gift to be used in a raffle basket. I have attached our donation letter below and included more information about us.

Located in Bergen County Ridgewood NJ, Hawes Elementary School is one of six Ridgewood Public Schools, we are committed to a tradition of excellence and innovation, in partnership with the community, and provide a rich and challenging learning environment, enabling students to maximize their unique potential to become lifelong learners and productive, responsible citizens.

Ladies Night Out (LNO) is Hawes biggest fundraiser, raising $15-$20,000. The HSA is made up of current parents volunteering their time to help the school, faculty and most importantly the students, with their and most importantly your help we wish to make this fundraiser a success. We expect 150-200 ladies (mom,grandma,aunt, staff.) to attend so they could enjoy a well deserved evening while raising funds for the school that will benefit the students.

With your help and donation we will promote your company in our program with said donation and social media page.
