Description

Our Elementary School, located in a multi-cultural community, an hour south of New York City,  has been shaping young minds for over 60 Years. We are asking for your assistance as we prepare for our Annual Ladies Night out event on Thursday, May 9th, 2024. At the event, typically attended by about 350 parents and community members, we raffle off gift cards, merchandise and services generously donated by businesses like yours. 

This event is our largest fundraiser of the school year and all proceeds will greatly benefit our students in the variety of ways. The focus this year is the secure funds for our before and after school clubs, such as Garden Club, STEAM, Young Entrepreneurs, Yearbook, Chorus, Art Club, Project Eat and more.  These programs not only benefit the children of the school, but also allow the kids to give back to their community. For example, the food grown by our Garden Club students  is then donated to our local food pantry, Open Door. As we look to the future, science, technology, engineering, mathematics and the arts are more important than ever. Additional hands-on experiences allow our students to explore these areas in depth. 

We would greatly appreciate any tax-deductible donation, such as merchandise, gift certificates, experiences or monetary donations. Your gift and business will be appropriately acknowleded in our digital event program, which every attendee recieves. 

The success of this event depends on the generosity of businesses such as yours.
