Description

Lagway Elementary School is located in Montgomery County, TX and serves over 700 Willis ISD K-5 students daily.

Our school will be hosting it's third annual Fall Festival on October 20, 2023. This event is our biggest fundraising opportunity of the year as it brings in hundreds from Conroe, Willis and surrounding cities. This event is a fun, family-friendly festival with a carnival, bounce houses, face painting, food trucks, student performances, and a silent auction where we expect roughly 700+ friends, family, students, staff, and community members to be in attendance. 

Last year, we raised over $40,000 at our Fall Festival and every cent went back into improving our school and our students’ education.  Over the last two years, we have been able to purchase additional playground equipment, create an outdoor classroom, build an area for outdoor gardening, provide new technology, purchase new books for the library along with learning materials and supplies for the classrooms, educational games, sensory items for SPED and so much more. These are just a few examples of why raising money at Lagway Elementary School is so important. We try to pick up where the district capabilities end.

Every year our goal is to raise enough funds to help with the growth and development of our children. So, our mission continues and with your participation, we can make their needs a reality!

We depend on businesses to donate products, or gift cards/certificates to be auctioned off individually or as part of our grade-level themed baskets. As a thank-you, all donors are recognized at the event and on social media! This is a great way to advertise your business to hundreds within our community while supporting a great cause!       

Should you choose to donate, I will provide a donor form with our 501(c)(3) information for your records as all donations are tax-deductible. We would appreciate receipt of your donation by October 10, 2023, so we have time to prepare the item for auction.
