Description

To Whom It May Concern,
The Lake County 4-H Association is a cooperation between the Lake County Board of County Commissioners and the University of Florida to provide youth services to the local community. The Florida 4-H Youth Development Program uses a learn-by-doing approach and caring adults to help youth gain the knowledge and life skills they need to be productive, responsible citizens. In Lake County, the 4-H program reaches over 6,000 youth through school enrichment and reaches over 400 youth through community clubs.
The Lake County 4-H Association is seeking in-kind or monetary support for county programs such as event scholarships, youth recognition, and county events. These programs promote hands-on learning and life skills such as leadership and resiliency to help youth thrive today and tomorrow. Your generous donation will reward 4-H members for completing their projects and encourage them to become productive and contributing members of society. Any in-kind contributions will be auctioned off during the Lake County 4-H Auction December 9-10, 2022.
Please accept this letter as an acknowledgment that the Lake County 4-H Association is a recognized 501(c)(3) exempt organization certificate number 85-8015990368C-6. Contributions may therefore be deductible for Federal Income Tax purposes under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.
