At Lakeshore, our PTA provides funding for programs that enrich our students’ learning beyond traditional academics, such as Motor Perception, Science in the Garden, Art, Capoeira, and Yoga. We organize community events that bring our diverse families together. In addition, we pick up where district funds end, supplementing funds for teacher grants and classroom supplies and trips. We are a 501(c)(3) organization, Tax ID# 94-3042896.

Lakeshore is a very diverse, Title 1 K-5 public school in San Francisco serving about 420 students. Over 60% of our families are socioeconomically disadvantaged. The donated goods and services that we auction off will fund enrichments like Art, Motor Perception, Science in the Garden, Capoeira, and Yoga, which provide a well-rounded education, complement academic learning, and bring joy into student’s lives—all of which our kids deserve. Your contribution also goes toward classroom grants to help teachers and enables our 600+ parents and educators to connect through events, meetings, and a volunteer-run communication platform.

Our spring auction will take place online for 19 days and we hope you're as excited as we are! Our event goal is $24,000, which is about 15% of our annual budget. With your help, we can do it!
