The funds raised will be used to put under privileged children into our Scholar-Athlete program. The program put's the children into a Sport program they enjoy the most, match them to Mentors who mentors them throughout their entire participation in the program. The children are required to submit their report cards every time they come out, IAYR submits the report cards to the Mentors, who then identify the areas where the children need help and report back to IAYR to organize tutoring for them in those areas. The tutoring period is structured according to the recommendation from the Mentor. IAYR pays for the children Sport participation, Mentor and Tutoring services.
