The Hampton Oaks Swim Team is dedicated to the emotional and physical growth of its swimmers and to the morale of the community in which they live. The coaches, parents, and all involved in HOST strive to make swimming an enjoyable experience for all participants. We emphasize family fun, fitness through swimming, and strive to instill in our swimmers the value of hard work, good sportsmanship, self-discipline, leadership, a competitive heart and community spirit.
