On Saturday, March 15, 2025, Laremont School, which is part of the Special Education District of Lake County (SEDOL), will be hosting a Trivia Night Fundraiser. Laremont School, which is a therapeutic center based school part of the Special Education District of Lake County, serves students from 3 to 22 years old who have cognitive and/or physical disabilities, including Cerebral Palsy, Autism, and Epilepsy. SEDOL serves students from 31 member school districts within Lake County. The main goals of this event are to facilitate a gathering where families can meet and support each other, and to raise money for new innovative technology for our students with significant special needs. It will be held at the Lehmann Mansion in Lake Villa, and will be open to families, staff and friends ages 21+.

Our hope is to continue an annual event that our families, staff, and community supporters look forward to attending while feeling that they and our students are supported. Funds raised at this event will be used to purchase new innovative technology for the different classrooms and specialty rooms, such as the gross motor and sensory rooms, which will benefit students of all ages.

Laremont School is requesting donations from businesses like yours in the form of merchandise, gift cards or services/experiences to use in raffle baskets and other various fundraising activities that evening. Weekend getaways, autographed sports items, Cubs, Sox, Blackhawks or Bears tickets, handmade craft items, household items, rounds of golf, bicycles, and gift certificates are a few examples of donations we have received in the past. We truly appreciate any donation your business is willing to give to this special education school. All donors will be listed on flyers distributed and on signage the day of the event.
