Dear Manager or Business Owner,

The annual Las Sendas Auction and Fundraiser is a parent-sponsored event that raises money for our school, Las Sendas Elementary.  Our event this year is scheduled for Friday, April 21st. This event helps the PTO fund ongoing programs for our school that do not receive state funding. Some of these programs are Orchestra, Broadcast Club, Art Masterpiece, STEM Institute, teacher professional development, and creating an Outdoor Classroom and Sustainable Garden, just to name a few. Community support from donors like you has helped our school become a top ranked elementary school in Arizona and an A+ School of Excellence. We can’t offer these programs and opportunities without your help.

 Your donation goes directly to improving the educational experience of our students and teachers. As a donor or sponsor, you will receive publicity prior to and during the event, which will be viewed by our community and every attendee. We will be sending brochures of our event to more than 600 Las Sendas families and displaying signage in every Las Sendas neighborhood.  Donor promotional material will be on display during the event, and throughout the evening recognition will be given as items are auctioned off to the highest bidder.

Please help us to continue our tradition of excellence in education. We will gladly accept any amount or type of donation. Your donation to Las Sendas Elementary is tax-deductible and is greatly appreciated.
