Dear Sir or Madam:

 

 

On behalf of the Connecticut Farms Elementary School Parent Teacher Association (CFESPTA), we would like to extend an invitation to you and your company to become a sponsor for our Las Vegas Tricky Tray event.  We are a non-profit organization whose mission is to:

 

Make every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children

 

The proceeds from this event will help to subsidize activities for students such as school field trips, assemblies, school supplies and much more.  In addition, a portion of the funds raised are allocated to the CFESPTA Alumni Scholarship Fund, which will be disbursed for the upcoming school year graduates.

 

How can you help? We are looking for sponsors who are willing to donate products, gift certificates and/or services to raffle. After a year of limited fundraising due to Covid closures, we are looking forward to making this event a huge success that will benefit our school community immensely. Our ongoing success comes from the generous support we receive from our sponsors.  This will be a plus for not only marketing your business, but the children will benefit with the outcome.

 

Our Tricky Tray will be held on Friday November 19, 2021, doors open at 5:30pm. If providing sponsorship for this event is an option for you and your company, please take some time to review the sponsorship information we have included with this letter.  We are confident you will find a level of sponsorship that will be comfortable for your company as well as beneficial to our organization.
