I am writing today in hopes that your organization might be able to help the Laton FFA Alumni & Supporters with a donation of a silent auction item for our upcoming Dinner-Dance. The Laton FFA Alumni & Supporters is a non profit organization who is dedicated to raising funds to support the FFA members at Laton High School. Laton High School is a small necessary school in rural Fresno County, with a student population of about 140 of which 132 are active FFA members.

Our Laton FFA Alumni & Supporters Group strives to earn money each year to support activities within the organization in the areas of helping with equipment, field trips, leadership conferences, uniforms,  food for students exhibiting at the Fresno Fair and scholarships. All of the money we earn is donated back to the organization to support student activities and their advisors.

Our annual Dinner-Dance will be held on September 14th at 6:00 PM at the Laton Lions Hall. During our event, we will be hosting a dinner along with silent and live auctions. The silent and live auctions help to support our goal of assisting our chapter with the much needed monies to assist students in their future endeavors. Any donation made by your company would go towards helping support these efforts. In turn we will provide you with donation receipts with our tax id number, and provide advertisement for your business on the auction item itself and within our event program.
