“Laugh Your Face Off!” is Chicago’s biggest stand-up comedy fundraiser, created in 2015 by WGN TV’s Pat Tomasulo and his wife, Amy, to raise money for The Facial Pain Research Foundation, the ONLY organization in the world dedicated to funding research that will cure the excruciating pain of trigeminal neuralgia and related neuropathic facial pain. In 9 years, the show has raised over $3.75M.
The 2022 show was broadcast via livestream, attracting over 10,000 viewers worldwide. Event is heavily promoted on WGN-TV, and has also been promoted on WGN Radio, ESPN Radio, WGCI-FM, WLS-AM, Chicago Social Magazine, Michigan Avenue Magazine, the Chicago Tribune and more.
