On the morning of Thursday, June 6th 2024 Treatment Alternatives for Safe Communities (TASC, Inc.) will host our annual Leadership Awards Event at the Bridgeport Art Center. Over breakfast and coffee, we will recognize several leaders in our field who exemplify TASC's healthcare, justice, human services, and philanthropic missions. The Leadership Awards Event, which first took place in 1991, brings together some of the most influential public officials, private corporations, and community members throughout Illinois to connect, collaborate, and celebrate. We are working on finalizing this year's honorees and will be announcing them in the coming weeks. Last year’s honorees included Attorney General Kwame Raoul, Speaker of the House Emmanuel “Chris” Welch, Secretary of the Illinois Department of Human Services Grace Hou, and Director of State Police Brendan Kelly.
