At Leander ISD Educational Excellence Foundation, we believe in the power of education to provide opportunities, cultivate success, and build community. Your attendance and participation at our gala help us enrich the educational experience through student innovation, teacher empowerment, mental health, and college/career readiness for all of LISD. You'll enjoy an open bar from 6-7 with an "Emerald City" specialty cocktail, bidding on beautiful campus baskets and silent auction, followed by seated dinner, hearing from students, live auction and dancing!

This event is expected to sell out at 420 guests from the greater Austin community joining to raise funds for public education and Leander ISD.

Dress Code: Have fun dressing to-theme to represent the Yellow Brick Road, Ruby Slippers, and the Emerald City! (black tie optional)

Our financial goal is $200,000 and that is our primary measurement of success if we meet this through sponsorship and ticket sales and auction and "paddles ups" event sales. The second part of success is on "Student Voice" and successfully integrating our students into every part of our event from Running Brushy Middle School band welcoming guests, desserts by Cedar Park High culinary team, florals does by all high school floral classes, student art for bidding in the auction and hearing from students from the stage.
