I am writing to you on behalf of the Leland Bridge Parent Group. Leland Bridge is a nonprofit parent club of Leland High School with tax ID 81-0567555. Our mission has been to strengthen communication between Leland High School and its Chinese American community and we have helped to fundraise and support various school programs since 2001. In the past years, Leland Bridge has raised and donated over $150,000 to school and various classes and clubs such as the Speech and Debate, the Robotics teams, the Journalism Club, the Music Club, and many more. This year, we will continue to support these programs as well.

Leland Bridge Night is our major annual fundraising event held around Chinese New Year, and will be held this year on February 5th, 2022. During Leland Bridge Night, Leland parents and students come together to present a festive evening filled with amazing performances and authentic Chinese cuisine. Besides current Leland families, prospective families, alumni, teachers, administration, as well as distinguished guests from San Jose Unified School District and San Jose City Council also join this special occasion. The festive celebration keeps them returning to this meaningful event year after year.

We sincerely request your support in donating raffle prizes and/or auction items for our events, as it would greatly benefit the students. Another way that you can demonstrate your support is through purchasing advertisements, where we will post your store ads on our Leland Bridge Night show program website. Your contributions will go a long way to making our events successful which will benefit the school and its students. This donation is tax-deductible to the extent allowable by law.
