It’s the biggest night out of the year for the Sonoma Valley community of Kenwood: the much-anticipated Lights, Camera, Auction! annual gala fundraiser for the Kenwood Education Foundation. The 2024 event will be Saturday, May 18th at Hanna Center in Glen Ellen from 5:00 – 10:00 p.m.. A movie theme is chosen each year; in fitting with the biggest movie release, this year’s movie theme is Barbie.

Barbie’s motto - “She can be anything” is very in line with what our small community school in Kenwood represents the best of local public education.  Everyone knows the name Barbie.  She has taught children how to play, shown them that they can be anything they put their mind to, inspired artists, designers, and icons.  We fully expect that everyone who’s anyone in the Kenwood community will be breaking out some pink and putting on their dancing shoes to join us for this great night out.  

Join friends and family for a silent and live auction, sit-down dinner, high-end wines, local craft beer and spirits, and music from local DJ Lionize. Come as you are or dress as your favorite Barbie, Ken, or Friend. All are welcome on Saturday May 18th, 2024 to celebrate the wonderful community that is Kenwood and raise funds to support our local kids.
