Dear Friends of Education,

The St. Mary of the Assumption School invites you to become a sponsor for our 20th Annual Dinner Auction Fundraiser.  We hope you will consider sponsoring Lights! Camera! Auction! scheduled for May 20, 2023.  Since 1938, St. Mary’s School has been providing a high quality education for Santa Maria Valley children that focuses on leadership, community service, and commitment to others.  We strive to keep this wonderful community gem affordable and accessible to all children and our annual fundraiser helps us raise the needed resources to keep tuition costs low.  

This event hosts around 200 community members, business owners, leaders of the city, and school alumni, we'll auction off many donated items in our silent and live auctions. The event will be catered, and you'll enjoy the evening with some local wine, cocktails, and music. 

In order to meet our fundraising goals, we are offering mutually beneficial sponsorship packages, which are detailed on the attached flyer. We graciously ask if you will support our school by becoming an event sponsor this year.

ALL sponsors can expect to receive the following:

●     Tickets to the event

●     Recognition at the event which is attended by 200 community & business leaders

●     Exposure to over 1000 School Families and Church Parishioners who will be attracted to your business

Your contribution helps us continue to improve our facilities, technology, and community activities while remaining affordable for all children in our area. St. Mary’s School is a fully-accredited non-profit 501(c)(3) school serving over 250 students from preschool through eighth grade.
