The Lion Swing is a Swing Dance and Silent Auction hosted by the Royal Pride Band for the entire community as a major fundraiser for the McKinney HS Band Program. 

On Saturday, May 4th, The McKinney High School Mane Attraction Jazz Ensemble, The McKinney High School Blue Cat Big Band, and the Mckinney Dance Band will provide live music with swing dance instruction by local dance studios.  Deserts and beverages are complimentary with ticket purchase.  The Silent Auction is held online during the 2 weeks prior our Swing Dance and closes at the end of the Swing Dance on May 4th.  The Silent Auction features gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by local businesses.  The event proceeds will help support the needs of the program throughout the year.
