This is part of our end of the year celebration.  The kick off is the opening of the silent auction on Sunday, May 14th. 

The auction portion is open through May 25, 2023.  Families of the preschool, church members and the public are invited to bid on items through 7:30 p.m. on May 25. 

Those  who contribute to the auction are invited to share information on upcoming events and promote thier venue through fliers, posters and contact information.  Everyone is listed in the auction borchure. 

The evening of May 25 includes a spring sing and graduation with a family picnic following.  We expect in excess of 200 people for thsi portion of the event.  A fun fair will close out the evening. The auction closes at 7:30 p.m.

For the 10 days proceeding the auction is open to the church and the public to look over and bid. 

This is our biggest fundraiser of the year.  We are a non-profit school and this event supports all programming, improvements and special events for the year.  Our goal is to raise $6000.
