A FREE athlete- and family-friendly event in one of the most beautiful locations in the Antelope Valley! 

Our goal is to destigmatize mental illness and increase awareness of mental health supports in our area. Participants will run and/or walk 5k around scenic Lake Palmdale to support mental health in ourselves and others. Those not interested in a 3.2-mile trek are still welcome to join! We will have booths hosted by local mental health service providers as well as nonprofits and vendors from around the Antelope Valley, plus some amazing AV-based food trucks!

This event is FREE to all participants. All tax-deductible donations to Live Oak Mental Wellness Project will support our operations as we work to connect those who need mental health and other supports with those who provide them.
