Dear Community Supporter,
On behalf of St. Francis of Assisi School, I am writing to inform you about our upcoming fundraiser.
Our school community works together on many initiatives during the school year to raise funds to
support curriculum needs and technology updates for our wonderfully diverse school, which serves
students from Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade.
In April 2023, we will be hosting our Annual Live/Silent Auction to raise funds to purchase resources
that support the curriculum as well as technology equipment and physical education equipment. These
resources will allow our students to receive enriching and rewarding educational experiences. The Live/
Silent Auction will be held at our school this year. It will have live bidding on baskets and have several
silent auction items also.
We believe the community plays an important role in the success of our school and we are asking local
businesses for assistance. We kindly request that you consider becoming a sponsor for our Silent
Auction this year. Your support will make a tangible difference in the lives of our students, teachers, and
community. This year we are requesting support from community businesses in any capacity that can be
provided. A donation of a product or a service from your business will greatly help in raising funds.
Your donation can be something as simple as a gift certificate, a basket of goods, or monetary support
for the purchase of auction items. All donations are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible.
Additionally, we are offering the option to become a VIP Sponsor with a donation of $250 or more. As a
VIP Sponsor, your company logo will be displayed on a prominent sign and posted to the school website
to promote your business during other school events throughout the school year.
We sincerely appreciate any donation your business may provide. The St. Francis of Assisi School Tax
ID # is 54-1115317. We can arrange to pick up your donation or it may be mailed directly to the school.
