Howdy!

We’re thrilled to announce our 6th annual Field Fest, a fundraising event for the Lockhart
Montessori School. This is our primary fundraiser for the school year, which features a silent
auction, raffle, live music, face painting, dinner, and drinks. Proceeds from this event contribute
to art education for our students and provide scholarships for children in need of financial
support.

We are looking for sponsors to donate to our event, including raffle and silent auction items,
food and drinks, and anything else that will help us ensure a successful evening. Any support
you can provide is greatly appreciated. We qualify as a 501(c)(3) organization, and all donations
are fully tax deductible.

In appreciation of your support, we will showcase your name or logo on our event banner,
provide recognition on our Instagram account, and offer complimentary tickets (with a
minimum donation of $100) for you and a guest to attend Field Fest. The event is scheduled for
May 17th from 6-9pm, and we’d love to have you join us!
