Long Beach Island PTA Fall Auction
Gala/Party for Long Beach Island PTA/PTA New Jersey Congress of Parents and TeachersOct 19, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM
The Long Beach Island Parent-Teacher Association (“LBI PTA” at lbipta.org) has scheduled our largest annual fundraiser for October 19, 2018, 6-10pm. The fundraising event, attended by approximately 150 people, will include a silent auction, a class basket raffle, a 50/50 raffle, along with food and a cash bar. The event is fully permitted and licensed through the state of New Jersey. It is being held at Bistro 14 Oyster Bar & Restaurant, in Beach Haven.
We are currently seeking donations for the event.
We are a 501(c)(3) organization (TIN 23-7214449) so all donations are tax-deductible. We will send you a letter in gratitude for your support that will confirm your contribution.
Our PTA is committed to enriching the lives of students in our grades K-6 school district through fun learning experiences. Our organization contributes to field day, assemblies, special evening programs, the EJ & LBI school gardens, reading fairs (including a free book for each student), field trips, and much more.
