The Long Reach High School PTSA is once again proud to sponsor our After-Prom Celebration following our Prom on May 18th, 2024. After-Prom offers all of our seniors and juniors fun-filled activities in an alcohol/drug-free SAFE setting. Each year more and more students choose After-Prom as an alternative to private or hotel parties. We host this celebration because it reduces the likelihood of a tragedy on Prom Night by keeping our students off the roads and in a supervised environment. After-Prom is also an inclusive school event that appeals to ALL of Long Reach’s juniors and seniors, whether or not they attend Prom.  

The PTSA After Prom Committee is currently requesting donations from local businesses to help make this event a fun and memorable occasion. This year’s After Prom will be held at Main Event in Columbia. Donations will be used to help offset the cost of the venue, food, entertainment, and transportation; as well as provide raffle prizes and door prizes to include gift cards, and gift baskets at the conclusion of the evening which encourages kids to stay until the end of the event.  

We are asking for your support through either a cash donation, check (made payable to LRHS PTSA); or a donation of goods, services, or gift cards to use as prizes. The LRHS PTSA is a 501(3)(c) non-profit organization {Tax ID 52-1985250} and your donation may be eligible to be claimed as a charitable contribution (please consult your tax advisor).
