Dear Sir/Madam,
On behalf of the Kawameeh Middle Farms School Parent Teacher Association (KMSPTA) a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. We are reaching out to make you aware of the change in date to our first annual Tricky Tray. Due to scheduling conflicts the Look What’s Sprouting Up Tricky Tray has been rescheduled to Saturday, April 25, 2020. We are hoping to make it a huge success because all the proceeds will help to subsidized programs and scholarships for the students in our school.
Attached is our donation request form which includes details of the event. We hope you would consider being a sponsor by either sending in a donation for advertisement space in the event program and/or an actual raffle item (gift certificate, service or gift basket). Anything would be greatly appreciated.
