Love Elementary PTA is currently planning our Spring Fundraiser Event for May 15th, 2020. It will be an adult only gala fundraiser event with a silent auction. Marketing materials for this event will reach the Love Elementary community as well as the greater Alameda and SF Bay Area communities.

We would like to invite you to join the PTA in supporting the students and teachers at Love Elementary. Our request is for donated tickets, gift certificates, or in-kind products to be featured in our silent auction. Not only will you be supporting a deserving school, you will also be promoting your business to our community.

Love Elementary is a Title 1 (low income) public school providing an excellent education to a very diverse student population. It is proudly staffed by the most dedicated faculty in the East Bay and we are honored to be able to support their teaching through fundraising and enrichment activities.

All funds raised through the auction will go directly to the Love Elementary PTA, which funds student field trips, an award-winning learning garden, art docent program, music program for kindergarten, classroom supplies, sports equipment, and educational programs that are not funded by the school’s operating budget. The mission of the California State PTA is to positively impact the lives of all children and families. The Love Elementary PTA helps support programs for our socioeconomically and ethically diverse student population to help bridge the achievement gap. 

 
Our school has over 550 students and we expect 150 people to attend this event and 500-1000 people to participate in the online auction with a reach of over 10,000 community members  through social media advertising to the greater Alameda community. We encourage you to include flyers or brochures with your donation for us to share. Also, if we receive your gift by April 15th, 2020, it will be listed – with your business name and website, if you choose – on our website and printed auction materials.
