This Valentine's Day, UPLIFT San Diego is hosting an online auction in support of our four programs: Home Team, Kids at Heart, Swimming Upstream, and Triple Cross. 

Since 1987, UPLIFT San Diego has provided free homeless and student services for those in San Diego’s urban communities. Our mission is to improve community equity with free services to San Diego's most vulnerable, help house our homeless neighbors and academically advance low income students, lifting all to their highest potential

While many of us are slowly returning to a state of “normalcy,” our unhoused neighbors continue to struggle to access basic needs such as food and clothing, students in low-income communities continue to struggle with school, and many families continue to face economic hardships. The call to serve has never been so strong! Help UPLIFT support individuals and families struggling with poverty and housing instability in San Diego by putting love into action this Valentines Day.

All auction items have been generously donated by our supporters and sponsors. Know that your bid on a virtual silent auction item will directly impact our programs and lives of those who benefit from them. 

HOME TEAM: The mission of Home Team is to mobilize a Volunteer Advocate Team to work with those experiencing homelessness, currently in motels or temporary shelters. and their case managers to facilitate housing placement and stability.

KIDS AT HEART: Our free tutoring program serves low-income students grades K-12 who face barriers to academic success. These barriers come in the form of poverty and the struggle of learning English as a second language.

SWIMMING UPSTREAM: Swimming Upstream is designed to help young women navigate the rough waters of teen life through inspirational empowerment & life skills sessions over 10 weeks.

TRIPLE CROSS: The California ID card is the essential document for any experiencing homelessness to receive housing & supportive services, re-enter the job market & access healthcare.
