StageWorks Arts invites you to a very special Gala event, taking place Saturday, February 12 at City Hall in Leominster, MA.
The Love Letters Gala is not to be missed! With a silent auction, dinner buffet, and a stunning performance to enjoy, it will be a memorable and exciting evening. The auction bidding begins at 5pm, Dinner at 5:45pm, and the performance at 7pm. Full Gala details are outlined below.
// 5:00pm - Silent Auction Opens //
The evening begins the silent auction, featuring incredible prizes and experiences to win! We welcome you to place your bids on the paper next to each item. But stay alert with items you most want - someone can outbid you quickly so keep an eye on your top prizes!
// 5:45pm - Dinner Buffet is Served //
Guests can enjoy a delicious meal of gourmet baked macaroni and cheese, served with salad. Guests may choose from three different meats with their meal - bacon, fresh chicken breast and beef. For vegetables, Guests may choose sautéed onions, peppers, broccoli or jalapenos. Salad dressing options are Ranch and Italian. Gluten free option is available for this meal.
We also have a Chop Suey vegetarian option. We ask that you please notify us by email if you require a gluten free or vegetarian meal.
// 7:00pm - Love Letters performance //
We are very excited to entertain our quests with a stage reading of A.R. Guerney's "Love Letters" performed by Martha Brooks & David Foster, two of the area's most fantastic performers. This performance is a must-see!
A delicious dessert of Italian cookies, pastries, and coffee will be served at intermission. While you enjoy dessert, we encourage you to visit the auction items one last time before the bidding closes! Don't let your favorite prize slip away! Bidding closes at the conclusion of intermission, before Act Two of Love Letters begins.
After the production, the auction winners will be announced. You are welcome to pay on-site for your item with cash, credit or check.
Tickets for this incredible event are $40 per person for dinner and the show. We are also offering the opportunity to purchase a full table of 10 seats for $350 (you will see this option when visiting out website to purchase tickets). For those interested in a show-only option, tickets are $15 for seating in the balcony.
Tickets are available on our new website at www.stageworksarts.org. Tickets will also be available at the door but limited for the Dinner/Ticket combination. It is advised if you are dining before the show with us to please purchase early. Only 150 seats are available for Dinner and Show package.
