Description
The "Love Shouldn't Hurt" program is designed to educate all about the dynamics of abuse so that they can quickly recognize when a relationship is unhealthy, toxic, and/or abusive.
This program is for everyone who wants to learn all the skills required to establish strong, healthy relationships. Entering into a relationship is an important decision and should be treated as such! This program will focus on:
- What is Domestic Violence
- Identifying red flags & warning signs
- Types of Abuse
- Cycle of Violence
- Barriers to leaving and what NOT to say
- Different types of relationships
- How to Identify when your relationship goes bad
- Boundary Setting
- Communication
- Decision Making
- Affirming and Loving Yourself
- Celebrating Yourself
