The "Love Shouldn't Hurt" program is designed to educate all about the dynamics of abuse so that they can quickly recognize when a relationship is unhealthy, toxic, and/or abusive.

This program is for everyone who wants to learn all the skills required to establish strong, healthy relationships. Entering into a relationship is an important decision and should be treated as such! This program will focus on:

Identifying red flags & warning signs
Types of Abuse
Cycle of Violence
Barriers to leaving and what NOT to say
Different types of relationships
How to Identify when your relationship goes bad

Affirming and Loving Yourself
