HELLO FRIENDS AND FAMILY,

We are a federal 501 (c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue and aid of homeless and neglected dogs in the Kansas City metro and surrounding rural areas. We do not limit our efforts to a specific breed, but rather assist any dog that is facing neglect, homelessness, abuse or death. Because of YOU, Lucky 13 has accomplished the following things this in 2022:

• Dogs saved from living on the streets or from horrible conditions 421 !

• You helped 374 dogs find great forever homes in 2022. Some with you!

• In 2022, S 182, 195 was spent on veterinary expenses and supplies, such as dog food and surgeries. These are necessary to make sure dogs are healthy and spayed/neutered before leaving our care.

We can do this because of kind and generous donors just like YOU! Can YOU help our homeless dogs with a donation today? In 2022, our medical bills were higher than ever. We had JO heartworm positive dogs, 15 puppies who had parvovirus and were hospitalized at an emergency vet, and 12 other dogs who needed emergency vet assistance. We are reaching out to you in hopes of a product, service, or gift card donation for our next auction to help us offset our medical bills. We truly appreciate any donation to help us continue our important life-saving work. Our auction is scheduled for May 1, 2023.
