Attached are flyers for this year's upcoming Golf Outing Fundraiser. The Forest Park Police FOP Lodge #24 host an annual Golf Outing to raise money for 1st Responders Battling Cancer and unable to work. FOP Lodge #24, provides funds to those 1st Responders generated from the outing/fundraiser to pay one month's mortgage payment for the 1st Responder while they go through treatment. The FOP Lodge #24 does this to honor and in the names of two former Officers that lost their battle to cancer.

We raise money for this cause by offering businesses an opportunity to sponsor the Event, Banquet or a Hole. The event itself does not bring in profit off strictly golf fees to the participants. The majority of the money raised is from Sponsorships and Raffle Ticket sales. Last year, we were able to raise $20,000 on the one-day event because of organizations and business sponsoring the outing or providing raffle prizes.

Hole Sponsor Includes: hole sign with business name or Logo, Listed on Hole Sponsorship List that is emailed to all participants to inform them of your businesses support to 1st Responders.

Banquet Sponsor Includes: Hole Sponsor PLUS Business name or Logo on lg. banner hanging during the dinner. Verbal recognition at the podium before/during dinner. 6 month email to participants reminding them of your businesses, continued support to 1st Responders.

Event Sponsor Includes: Banquet Sponsor PLUS an additional lg. banner hanging at check-in/shotgun starting line with business logo/name. Verbal recognition before shotgun start. An individual email to participants during the year to highlight your business and show them your continued support to 1st Responders.

If you are interested in sponsoring a Hole, the Banquet or Event, I would need a check and completed form (with JPG Logo if available) by August 29, 2022 so the signs can go to the printer.
