Description
The LVRR Kids Running Series is organized by an all-volunteer committee. The 5 race series is held in the Lehigh Parkway and is FREE to kids ages 3-14 years of age. All runners must sign up online and check in on race day by 9:30 am to recieve an assigned race number. 2023 event dates are May 20, June 10 & 24, July 15 and August 5. The mission is to educate kids about the sport of running and promote a healthy lifestyle. Participation is about 400 kids per race with 100-150 spectators and 40 volunteers. Sponsorship and recognition depends on the amount of sponsorship.
