On May 16, 2021, MacFarland Intermediate school PTO will launching our silent auction fundraiser. McFarland Intermediate School is a multicultural third through fifth grade school, and we are seeking donations to help raise funds to enhance every child’s experience at our schools. This year we have used money raised from past auctions to buy Chromebooks, document cameras, facemask for all students and staff, as well as agenda books and folders. Your donations will also help fund field trips (when safe again) so that every child can attend regardless of his or her family’s financial situation. Additionally, it will help fund educational assemblies and purchase items that are not included in our schools’ budgets. We would appreciate any donation you can make whether in the form of goods, services, or a gift certificate.

For this Silent auction, we are working with 32auctions.com to host the event.  Because it will be online and virtual, we will have a much larger audience then in the past. Each item posted for auction, allows us to post a link with donor name as well as your website.  This information will also be shared with all the parents in our school and the auction is open to our local community.

We will be advertising our donors on our Facebook event page and encouraging our participants and families to support the business that are supporting our school. We expect over 600 people to attend.

Your donation to the MacFarland School PTO Silent Auction is greatly appreciated. 100% of your donations goes to our organization for the benefit of the students. We are recognized as a tax-exempt 501 (c)(3) organization EIN #562-590-501. A receipt is available upon request. You should consult your own tax advisor concerning the deductibility of the appropriate portion of your donation.
