To Whom It May Concern:

The Cleary School for the Deaf’ s PSA  is preparing for its annual Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser which will be held on November 18, 2018 at  Applebee’s ,3870 Vets Memorial Hwy, Bohemia NY.  As part of this fundraiser, we will be holding a raffle/auction.  We are asking if you would consider participating in this raffle/auction by making an in-kind donation for this event.

As a not for profit 501 (c)3 organization, Cleary School is a private, state supported program that has served the Deaf community of Long Island since 1925. We provide education and related services to students who are deaf, blind and severely physically disabled.  

All proceeds from this event will go to fund a new playground for Cleary.  Cleary’s playgrounds are old; the wood is splintering, much of the equipment is no longer to code, and the equipment on the playgrounds is unsafe for play.  Please help us in reaching our goal.

As a sign of our appreciation, all contributors will be acknowledged in the event program given to all of our attendees as well as signage throughout our auction area.  Any donations will be greatly appreciated.
