Dear Community Partner,

We would like to invite you to participate in our very special event. Once again, Madison Middle School will be holding a silent auction at our annual Fall Carnival. The event will take place on Friday,  October 19, 2017. We need your help to make our silent auction a success.  The Fall Carnival is our school's fundraiser event to help with our classrooms, computer labs, and science labs supply costs.  Thank you for your consideration!

Here’s how you can help:

1. Please consider contributing an item to the silent auction. The item can be donated by you, your employer, or both. Some items that have sold well at past auctions include: gift baskets, holiday décor items, food items, gift certificates, event tickets, and books. We have enclosed a donation form for you to complete.
2. Please mark your calendar now and plan to attend the auction on October 19th, from 6pm to 8pm. The auction will be held in conjunction with our carnival at the school. We invite you to bring a friend, family, or colleague as well.
