Founded in 1964 by parents of adult children with disabilities, Lincoln Training Center, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization, specializes in providing skilled workers with jobs in the community. LTC annually serves more than 500 people with disabilities and service-disabled veterans at 100 job sites throughout California. Our innovative Pathways to Careers program is providing new opportunities for success.
