Description
Rufus M. Hitch Elementary School PTA is holding our fifth annual “Main Event” Fundraiser
this spring on Friday April 17th. We are a Chicago Public School organization working to
raise much-needed funds for school improvements and student enrichment.
Last year our PTA was able to fundraise over $10,000 that was very much needed for
classroom supplies, sports uniforms and after school programs. We greatly appreciate the
help and support we received from our community and this year our goal is to raise
$20,000, but we cannot do that without your help! We are working to purchase new ipads,
laptops and projectors for the classrooms and like last year, we are planning an evening of
Silent Auctions, Raffles, cocktails, hores d'oeuvres, dinner and DJ!
We cordially invite you to this event in hopes that you will have the opportunity to connect
with your community and prospective consumer base, while having a great evening in the
process!
If possible, we ask that you make a donation for use in our silent auction. Remember
all donations are tax deductible and that pride in our community is priceless. Every
cent raised benefits the Hitch students directly.
Please R.S.V.P. with donations or ticket requests (event tickets will arrive by mail) by April 1,
2015. All donors will be included in our Auction Booklet!
