Chicago Debates is celebrating 25 years of bridging the educational opportunity gap for Chicago Public School students. As we reflect on those 25 years, we are grateful for many things, especially our partnership with Chicago Public Schools and our community of supporters who have invested their time, talents, and treasures to ensure the 20,000+ students that we’ve served over the years have had the access and opportunity to participate in the life-changing activity of debate. 

In celebration of this monumental milestone, Chicago Debates will host our first ever Make Room for Debate Gala on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at the Hilton Chicago. This in-person Gala will be a grand affair with 400+ attendees, a celebrity emcee (LeeAnn Trotter of NBC), LIVE entertainment, and more!  Our goal is to raise $400,000 to support serving 1,500 students across 90 schools this year.
