Party Like A Preschooler is an annual fundraising effort that has been around for over 15 years at Holy Trinity Preschool. The funds raised are used to increase our teacher pay by $1-$2 for the following school year. Our goal is to ensure teacher pay aligns with inflation, for pay to cover all holiday breaks, and increase the number of PTO/sick days teachers are allowed. This is not very common in preschool settings; however, we value our teachers and would like to decrease the amount of teachers needing second and third jobs to cover their bills. 

The funds raised during Party Like A Preschooler also covers scholarships for the following school year. Holy Trinity Preschool has a long standing tradition of covering scholarships for 10% of our student population. Our students range from 16 months old to 4 years old. By definition, this is a vulnerable population and we do our best to provide quality education to families that would otherwise not have access.
