Greetings,

     Mama’s Night Out, a charity event that raises money and awareness for pediatric cancer, will be held on Saturday, September 23rd at The Port Pavilion on Broadway Pier in San Diego. This event has been a consistently exciting affair with appetizers and desserts from local restaurants & bakeries, wine, a photo booth, DJ, shopping, and a wide selection of raffle prizes from various businesses. The event will attract women who are looking to spend time with their girlfriends while raising money and awareness for pediatric cancer. We are so proud that in under 3 years, events held throughout California have seen over 2000 women in attendance and have raised over $269,000!

Last year in San Diego, 260 women attended and we raised over $30,000!

The women who attend Mama’s Night Out actively support businesses that sponsor Mama’s Night Out and encourage their friends to do the same.  We know that your involvement will bring you support from our community and we do everything we can to provide maximum exposure for your brand to thank you for your generosity. Between now and the event, we will be actively and aggressively marketing this event across the Extended East Bay communities.  We plan to use the power of social media, local mainstream press and much more to engage the community. When you decide to donatesponsorship dollars, goods or services to our event, your business will receive meaningful exposure to a key target market.

Mama’s Night Out raises funds for Unravel Pediatric Cancer, a 501(c)(3) organization formed to raise awareness about the lack of funding for pediatric cancer research. Unravel is working to spread knowledge about the grim realities of childhood cancer and the devastating impact caused by the lack of funding. We help empower individuals and communities that want to help create change. Because good people want to do good things, but sometimes they need help getting started. All monies raised by and for Unravel will go directly to the fight against pediatric cancer.

Unravel Pediatric Cancer was founded by a Bay Area family, when their daughter Jennifer was diagnosed with DIPG, a brain tumor with a 0% cure rate.  Jennifer was diagnosed with cancer on her 6th birthday and died 3 1/2 months later. Jennifer's friends and family, and all of those who have grown to love her have vowed to continue to fight to raise awareness and funds in hopes that one day another family is spared the same pain.

Thank you for considering contributing to this event and cause. Every school day, 36 children are diagnosed with cancer, and 7 children die. Children are worth your investment, and we will make sure your investment in them is returned with great exposure and recognition.
