Dear Supporter,

The Ayer-Shirley PTO will be holding a calendar raffle during the month of March, 2024. We will be creating a calendar filled with one prize a day, to sell to raise money. The money raised from this event will help to fund our Ayer Shirley Regional Middle School’s eighth grade field trip to Washington DC this coming May.

We are seeking support and donations to make this raffle a success for our students hoping to attend this trip. If you would like to donate something specific to your business that can be added to our calendar and raffled off, please contact the ASPTO. Donations can be mailed to or dropped off at Lura A. White School or dropped off at Ayer Shirley Regional Middle School. If you prefer for an ASPTO member to pick up any donations or raffle items please contact me to arrange a pick up time.
