Every March we highlight people in our community that make the lifesaving misison of the American Red Cross possible - the individuals across the country who turn compassion and generosity into action, helping others in time or crisis.

Throughout the month of March, we will highlight the Red Cross programs and services that impact thoudands of individuals and familes throughout the Western NY Region.  

Each week a different mission moment, volunteer highlight, program information and more will be shared on https://redcrossmonth/givesmart.com.  We will also pull back the curtain on some great auction items that anyone can bid on during our American Red Cross "March Mission Madness" online auction.

All proceeds from the auction will benefit local Red Cross programs and services including providing emergency food clothing and shelter for fire victims, support programs for military families, collecting lifesaving blood in support of thousands or hospital and cancer patients, and installing free smoke alarms in hundreds of homes across the area.
