On behalf of the Reading Memorial HS band parent organization, I am contacting you to request your support with our fundraising efforts for our upcoming competition season.  Our organization is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization and staffed entirely by volunteers.

We proudly support the entire band program which consists of the Marching band, Stage band, Symphonic Band, Color Guard, Jazz Band & Winter Percussion. The funds that we raise all go to purchase band supplies,  instruments, uniforms and help with costs associated with competing.  In addition we also offer a Scholarship to five graduating seniors.  

This year we are excited to be hosting the Marching Band final competition at our Reading HS stadium field on October 30th.  Finals consist of 23 Marching bands from all over  New England with over 3,000 attendees. It’s a great day-long event to watch over 500 students compete.

I am contacting you to request your support in the form of a gift card or product donation that will be used in our raffle at the finals on October 30th.  Donations are tax deductible as provided by law (Tax ID # is 04-2888658).  Any donation your business can provide will be much appreciated and will help support the Reading Memorial HS band program.

Donating to our event is also an opportunity to promote your business.  We are happy to add your logo to our marketing materials that will be distributed to over 3,000 attendees.
