The Junior Board of Rock Island (JBRI) is entering its 88th year of supporting children and families in the Quad Cities area. Founded in 1953 with the mission of working together to serve children in our community, our primary focus began by supporting Visiting Nurse & Homecare Association, by volunteering service hours for their child-related causes. Our annual fundraising event, the black-tie Mardi Gras Charity Ball, will celebrate 84 years on February 10, 2024. We will be holding a Silent Auction as one of our primary sources of fundraising.
