We are Martha’s Farm Animal Sanctuary, a family-operated non-profit organization. The sanctuary, based at our ranch outside of Buellton CA, provides a place where farm animals that are abandoned, abused, neglected, or rehomed can live out the rest of their lives in a peaceful, caring environment. We provide a service to our community by having offered many of these farm animals a forever home.

Recently, we expanded our help with animals to people as well! We have hosted events with women veterans and the Santa Barbara County Fire Department to help us with our lavender harvest and bond with the animals and receive the benefits from their connections. We are currently in conversations with the Fire Department who have expressed interest in incorporating us into their wellness program on an ongoing basis. We are very excited about all the community outreach!

We are conducting our 2nd annual online auction this August 5-11 to raise funds to help care for our animals and we would like to invite you to participate. By donating anything you are willing to contribute, you can directly impact the lives of the animals. Our goal is to raise $30,000 to provide food and medical care for our nearly 100 farm animals. 

We are so grateful for anything you are able to donate! And since we are a non-profit 501c3 organization, your gift is tax deductible as well! We will be sharing our online auction within the community here in the Santa Ynez Valley as well as the Los Angeles area, so many eyes will be seeing everything we will be auctioning off!
