Oak Meadow Elementary School provides exemplary education to over 400 students from Pre-K through 5th grade in the North East Independent School District. We are proud to be a Leader in Me “Lighthouse” school and serve as the Regional Day School for the deaf.

MavsFest – the annual Oak Meadow Carnival – is on Mar. 22, 2024 and we are graciously asking for your support. As our largest fundraiser and a community tradition, the Carnival and Silent Auction attract over 700 people and raise funds for PTA, which we use to enrich our students’ educational opportunities beyond what the district can provide. Your support ensures Oak Meadow continues to offer things like art and garden classes, teacher grants and supplies, technological enhancements, Field Day, Bike Rodeo, etc. You can support MavsFest in one of two ways! Secondly, our Silent Auction committee appreciates donations of goods and services such as gift certificates, specialty items, event tickets, travel accommodations, theme park passes and unique experiences. We publicize the list of donors and prizes in the Silent Auction Preview distributed to all our families and staff, along with E-blasts and social media posts to our greater school community.
