We are excited for the return of our annual May Day celebration. The mission of our organization is to provide charitable support for the education, programming and extracurricular activities of Aronimink Elementary and its surrounding community. Our organization also works to acquaint our community and parents/guardians of the students with the activities of the school, and to develop a mutual interest between parents/guardians, faculty and administration in the welfare of the students and the school. One of the ways we do this is through fundraisers and May Day is one of our biggest events. We hold a carnival style event on school grounds and the whole school community and surrounding neighborhoods are invited to attend. It is a chance for our students and neighbors to celebrate a year of hard work despite the challenges of the ongoing pandemic. The Home and School regularly uses funds raised to enrich the educational experience of our children. We do this by purchasing items such as technology and learning tools for classrooms, and by arranging educational assemblies. Thank you!
