On Friday, March 24, 2023, the May Moore Parent Faculty Club (MMPFC) will be hosting the year's most important fundraising event, our annual Auction, at the Constantino Brumidi Lodge in Deer Park, NY.  If for any reason we are unable to have this event in-person, we will then host the event online. All proceeds from this fundraiser will directly benefit the children of May Moore.  Our school has over 450 children in grades ranging from Pre-Kindergarten through 2nd Grade.  We are hoping that with your help, we can make our evening truly magical.    

  Throughout the evening, our guests will be given the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for various baskets. All proceeds from this event will help support programs, activities and assemblies that enhance the educational experiences for our children.  

  All donations of items, gifts, monetary or gift certificates will be used for the above purpose.  Your donation would be greatly appreciated.  In recognition of your donation, your name will be prominently displayed in all our literature, advertisements, website and programs for all of our guests to see and acknowledge.  We also encourage our members to frequent the establishments displayed in our literature.  

  Please make sure to keep a copy of your donation letter for your records. The MMPFC is recognized as a non-profit organization under section 501(c)(3) 46-3402376.
