Description

We’re preparing for our upcoming Fall Carnival at our school. During the carnival, we run a silent auction fundraiser to raise money for our school's PTO. As part of the fundraiser, we are reaching out to various businesses to determine their interest in sponsoring our event by providing items for the auction. This year the support of our community partners is more crucial than ever, as our school’s population has grown immensely and we’ll need support in order to fund our existing programs.

Money raised provides items for McClure Elementary, such as necessary classroom supplies and extra educational enriching programs for our students.  If interested, any dollar amount or in-kind donation is welcomed.  An in-kind donation could be free family passes to your establishment.  A donation of $250 or more will meet one of our fundraising sponsorship levels, which includes your business’s logo featured on our Sponsor Board, promotion of your business on our social media, and listed in our students’ weekly newsletter.  The value of an in-kind donation will establish what level of sponsorship the donation meets.
